Screening Contract

This license agreement is made between StarHouse Media, LLC (the “Licensor”) and the above named organization (the “Licensee”) to grant a single license(s) for the limited, non-broadcast, public exhibition of the film(s) selected above at 1. SCREENING OPTIONS, (the “Film”) and the equivalent licenses are granted for any “Additional Licenses” listed therein.

Each license is valid for one single screening of each of the Film(s) selected, as indicated above at 1. SCREENING OPTIONS, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing with a Screenagers representative.

In consideration of the payment of the license fee provided above the Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee, without warranty, a limited, non-transferable license to screen the Film(s), subject to the terms and conditions specified herein:

Acceptance: The screening date will be confirmed once Licensor receives the signed contract.

USB Shipping: If requested, we will ship a USB Thumbdrive copy of the selected film(s) to you prior to your screening. The Screenagers representative you have been dealing with will arrange this with you as part of processing this agreement. Please ensure you have selected the correct option above in regards to shipping location.

Ticket Sales: You must pay the license fee before your event and then you are permitted to sell and retain all revenues from ticket sales.

Rescheduling Screening: In the instance that the screening needs to be rescheduled by the Licensee, the Licensee will have the option to reschedule by contacting the Licensor to approve.

Cancellation Policy: Events are non-refundable but Licensees can switch their event to a more suitable date per the above.

Additional Licenses: In relation to any additional licenses requested as part of this agreement, you are requested to schedule a date for these screenings with a Screenagers representative at the earliest possible time.

Acknowledgment Upon Receipt Of Film: Licensee understands that the Screenagers Stream, USB, or any format of the film is being made available in advance of the screening so that it can be tested on the projection equipment. Licensee agrees the film will not be shared in advance of the screening specified herein and further agrees to maintain control over the film at all times to prevent any duplication and unauthorized viewing of the film. The Licensee hereby expressly agrees that the Film shall not be edited from its original format.

Returning the Film: The Licensee agrees that the exhibition USB or any format of the film provided for the purpose of the public exhibition indicated above must be returned and postmarked within 48 hours of the screening.

With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the Licensee that any rights, title, or interest that the Licensor maintains with respect to the Film are expressly reserved by the Licensor. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
